Freedom practitioners are gearing up to take part in major cycling events in June.
Sports Massage Therapist Loic Lefevre, who works for Freedom Clinics in London, is part of a team of eight therapists set to look after the 450 riders taking part in The London-Paris bike ride from June 21st – 24th. The event will see the riders cover 520k with the riders arriving in the centre of Paris on closed roads.
It will be Loic’s first London-Paris bike ride. Loic counts triathletes, cyclists, members of the British bobsleigh team and MMA fighters among his patients. His top tip for cyclists is always to stretch after riding.
“We will be on hand to look after the needs of the riders morning, noon and night,” said Loic.
Alan Binns, a chiropractor at Freedom Clinics Leeds, has set himself his own cycling challenge, after being inspired to raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research by a patient of Freedom Clinics currently going through chemotherapy.
Alan will do the Great Yorkshire Bike Ride; an organised 70-mile bike ride mostly on country roads from Wetherby to Filey, on Saturday June 16th.
Alan, who is being sponsored by Freedom Clinics, will be wearing a Freedom shirt. So, if you are watching the bike ride, please give him a big cheer as he goes by.
